I’m Lisa Woody, the creator of Forevermore.

As a licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), I have dedicated my career to promoting wellness through therapeutic massage. My interest in helping others led me to nursing school, where I excelled in anatomy and massage therapy. With advanced training in deep tissue, sports massage, and myofascial release, I provide personalized treatments that improve clients’ well-being. My dedication and expertise have been reflected in a successful 20-year practice.

In 2019, I started pursuing Master Herbalist certification. The COVID-19 pandemic led to a six-week closure of my wellness center. This period allowed for substantial personal growth: I studied herbs and natural healing, developed recipes, explored local flora, and cultivated a garden for herbs and vegetables. My profession now integrates massage with herbalism principles, offering comprehensive holistic care.
